Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund or exchange requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Regular-Priced Items Only: Only items purchased at the regular price are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@domixdesign.com and return the item to the address shown on the original package.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or with damage not caused by our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method within 30 working days.

If you have not received your refund after 30 working days:

Shipping and Returns

  • Products must be returned to the address indicated on the original packaging.

  • DomixDesign.com utilizes third-party logistics for route optimization. Items may have been shipped from a distribution center, manufacturer, or reseller.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.

Please note: Due to our logistics network, we may not be able to track or confirm the item at the original dispatch point, as products may originate from various suppliers.
