DomixDesign Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at DomixDesign.com. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently while offering transparent policies for your peace of mind.


1. Shipping Information

1.1 Payment Confirmation:
Orders are shipped only after payment has been received. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

1.2 Processing Time:
Please allow 4–14 business days for order processing. You will be notified once your package is shipped.

1.3 Shipping Methods & Costs:
We use flat-rate shipping. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping within Switzerland for all orders over CHF 80!

  • Shipping outside Switzerland may be subject to additional costs, customs duties, or import restrictions.


2. Shipment Tracking

2.1 Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all order details. Please check and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

2.2 Shipment Notification:
When your order is shipped, a notification email with tracking information will be sent to you (if applicable), allowing you to monitor delivery progress.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

3.1 Delivery Times:
Shipping times vary by destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

3.2 Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs. Your understanding is appreciated.


4. Warranty & Responsibility

4.1 Defective Items:
If your item arrives with a production defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 7 days of receipt using the contact form at www.domixdesign.ch.

4.2 Inspection and Liability:
If, after inspection, the issue is confirmed to be a production fault, a replacement will be issued. If the defect is caused by improper handling or use, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement and reshipping.

4.3 No Refunds or Cancellations:
Refunds or cancellations are not accepted if a replacement can be provided within a reasonable time.


5. International Shipping

5.1 Customs and Duties:
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply. DomixDesign is not responsible for delays due to customs.

5.2 Restrictions:
Some products may be restricted in certain countries. Please verify your local import laws before ordering.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

6.1 Changes:
To request changes (e.g., shipping address or product updates), please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6.2 Cancellations:
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Returns & Exchanges

7.1 Final Sale Policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.


8. Gift Vouchers

8.1 Usage Terms:
Gift vouchers must be used in full in a single transaction. If your order total is less than the value of the voucher, no balance will be refunded or carried over.


9. Legal Jurisdiction

This business is operated under Swiss law. Legal action may also be taken in the buyer’s local jurisdiction if required.
